Enhance the southwest area of your living room and bedroom by creating a grouping of family pictures framed in terra cotta or earth tones. You can also symbolically place a favorite collection in that same area to help multiply positive relationship energy. A beautiful bouquet of flowers in varying sizes and colors will work as well. Make sure the colors create a happy smile on your face every time you look at them. In the west area of your home you can use a wonderful picture on the wall of a field of sunflowers dancing in the sunshine or a still life of a brass pot overflowing with an abundance of fruit. Make sure the predominant color in the picture is gold as it represents the west and children. Both areas need to be enhanced for prosperity energy to flow into your home from children, family, friends and associates.

In order to enhance the financial wealth and resources area of your life you need to look toward the southeast and the northwest areas of your living room. In the southeast place a luscious wonderful green growing plant as this is the wealth area. If you are not into plants, an alternative would be a money pot or something very symbolic to you of a pot of gold. You will also need to enhance the northwest which is the helpful people area of your home. In order to attract more wealth all of us need helpful people in our lives who can lead us to new business ventures, investments or introduce us to much needed contacts. Enhance the northwest area by using silver. It can be elegant silver picture frames of you at very successful events youve created or with helpful business associates and friends. A large beautiful vase or statue in silver will also work well.

Wealth and prosperity come in many shapes and sizes so you need to determine exactly what type of prosperity you are looking for and then focus your energy and the energy in your surroundings to help make it happen.

January is a time where people tend to make resolutions to maybe lose weight, stop smoking, etc. but some people will be finally making the resolution to get their vision corrected by more than just glasses or contact lenses. Of course, any kind of vision correction requires a detailed and thorough consultation by an eye clinic and ophthalmologist to check suitability, but here we will look at the 3 most common types of vision correction.

Laser Vision Correction

Laser vision correction, or LVC, is probably the most common vision correction method when people initially start researching about getting their eye sight corrected. There are various types of laser vision correction and machines to carry it out, but the main to procedures are LASIK (Laser-Assisted in situ Keratomileusis) and LASEK (Laser-Assisted Subepithelial Keratomileusis).

With the LASIK procedure, a femtosecond laser is used to create a flap on the cornea. The flap then is opened like the page of a book to expose tissue just below the corneas surface. Next, the excimer laser is used to remove ultra-thin layers from the cornea to reshape it to reduce nearsightedness, farsightedness and/or astigmatism. Finally, the flap is returned to its original position.

During the LASEK procedure instead of a femtosecond laser creating a flap, a dilute solution of alcohol in placed within a ring on the cornea, this softens the top cells of the cornea which are then gently pushed over to one side. Again, the excimer laser is used to remove ultra-thin layers from the cornea to reshape it to reduce nearsightedness, farsightedness and/or astigmatism. The remaining cells are then pushed back onto the cornea and a bandage contact lens is applied to the surface of the eye to facilitate healing of the epithelium and which will be removed at the first follow up appointment.

Implantable Contact Lens

Implantable contact lenses, or ICLs, medically called phakic IOL lens implants, can be used if someone is unsuitable for laser vision correction, this may be due to prescription, shape of the cornea, or pupil size, amongst many other reasons. There are two main types of ICLs, behind the iris or in front of the iris (iris clip). With both procedures the implantable lenses have a power which corrects the prescription.

The most common type of ICL is behind the iris as you are unable to see the lens within the eye. During behind the iris ICL surgery the ophthalmologist makes a small incision between the white and coloured part of the eye, the incision is only a few millimetres, then the lens is implanted through the incision. The lens is folded up within a cartridge and as it is being implanted will start to unfold within the eye behind the iris and then it will be manoeuvred into place. With iris clip ICLs a small incision will be made between the white and coloured part of the eye again. This time the lens is implanted through the incision but on top of the iris. There are clips on either side of the lens which are clipped to the iris once the lens is in the correct position.

Refractive Lens Exchange

Refractive lens exchange, or RLE, surgery replaces the natural clear lens (or with very early cataract, preventing the natural lens developing a more advanced cataract) with an artificial intraocular lens to correct vision. It is especially good for people with high myopia or presbyopia (natural aging of the eye) and is a better alternative to laser vision correction in older people. It is also an option where laser vision correction is not indicated or not able to correct vision such as in young people with high levels of long-sightedness.

The usual technique to remove the natural lens is called phaco-emulsification. A tiny incision is made between the white and coloured part of the eye. Then the natural lens is softened with ultrasound through the incision and removed through a small tube. The artificial lens is then implanted into the eye, which is supported by a bag of lens tissue (capsule). The lens implant stays in the eye permanently.

There are various types of artificial lenses that can be implanted into the eyes to correct vision; a monofocal lens implant will correct distance vision only, monovision using monofocal lens implants will correct one eye for distance and one eye for reading, and premium lens implants such as multifocal and trifocal lenses will correct both eyes the same for distance, near and intermediate.

All three procedures above are normally carried out while the you are awake, but the eye has been completely numbed so you wont feel anything, and they are all quite quick procedures.

New Homes May Be Uninsurable

Justin Jacobs, assistant director of property at the ABI, said: The Governments ambitious housing plans are in jeopardy unless we reduce the flood risk. In the last year, 13 major developments have been given the go ahead despite Environment Agency advice on the flood risk.

The Government tried to allay any fears. Iain Wright, Housing Minister, said that the Government had introduced the strongest planning rules ever to ensure councils properly managed the risk of flooding.

It is up to councils to decide whether to give planning permission for new housing developments, but these rules mean they must consult with the Environment Agency before allowing new building in flood risk areas, added Mr Wright.

Mr Jacobs believes where a local authority plans to ignore flood risk advice the Government should step in and review the proposals and be compelled to publish their decision.

Insurers want to continue to provide flood cover but poor planning decisions will lead to more homes becoming unsaleable, uninsurable and uninhabitable, added Mr Jacobs.

The ABI have promised to still maintain flood damage coverage for those living in vulnerable homes where the risks are being dealt with. They warn that flood cover may not be extended to the 3 million homes the Government proposes to build on a floodplain.

Floods in Gloucestershire and Yorkshire last year created damage that cost 3 billion to fix. Halifax estimated roof damage to be 4.5 billion and an additional 2.5 billion was needed to clean up leaks from the roofs.

Due to the cost of flood damage homeowners are warned about the cost of home insurance.

Richard Mason, director of insurance at moneysupermarket.com said: We will see a hefty hike in home insurance premiums in the future because the average cost of settling a flooding home insurance claim has risen to 70,000 to 200,000 which is unsustainable for the insurance industry to bear in the long term unless insurance premiums rise.

The average price of content insurance is 152 and buildings insurance is 209.

Most people seeking home insurance do so to protect their building and contents from theft, fire and floods. Less risk means a lower premium.

Advice to those who want to avoid flooding includes laying concrete floors with tiles on rather than timber, moving electrical points above the flood line, replacing absorbent kitchen surfaces with plastic ones and using a water-resistant type of plastering.

Mr Mason said: Home owners whose properties are at risk must have good quality home insurance. Doing so ensures they will continue to be covered regardless of what happens in the future.

My advice is to have a policy with a well-known insurer such as Norwich Union or Halifax.

He also advised checking the Environment Agencys flood map when looking for a home.

A couple of weeks ago, a colleague of mine sent me an email noted "Important Notice not a joke". Normally, this would have been sent immediately to my trash bin, but since I actually knew this guy I decided to go ahead and give it a look. Based on his email, he's seemed to be extremely excited about an opportunity that he considered to be a "gift" from his well-trusted friend (keywords) and naturally he wanted to pass it along to others. So I listened to a 2-minute and a 20-minute recording, curious to see if I would reach that same level of excitement as he did. Well did I? Not so much?
Fast-forward two weeks later?

As I prepared to attend my daughter's basketball game, I received a phone call. I wasn't sure who it was, but the number shared the same area code as mine so I answered it. It was him calling from his landline (that explains why his caller ID didn't show up?smh). I already suspected what he'd might say, so I just prepared myself for the "pitch".

"Hey, Mike! Did you get my email that I sent to you a couple of weeks ago? What did you think?"

There are 2 primary ways that a consultant can get paid. A commission will be paid every month when ten new license plate numbers are entered or when new consultants are sponsored, management overrides will be received based on their production. However, from viewing the comp. plan it seems that you will absolutely need to have a fairly large organization if you are planning on receiving a nice-sized monthly income. Downline attrition combined with the inability to sponsor new reps on a consistent basis will quickly put you out of business if you're not taking action.

This is entirely up to you. However, I would advise that you evaluate this company thoroughly and make a smart business decision. Don't make a silly decision to jump on board just because you attended one of those hotel-hype meetings and got overly excited about the opportunity. Is Narc Technologies A Legit Business?

You have to wonder if randomly selected license plates from narc consultants will hold any significance to the repo agencies. How do you actually know if they are actually paying for the license plate information that is being entered into the national data base?or is the real cashflow coming from the constant recruiting of people combined with the $24.95 monthly website fee?

Well I wouldn't go that far, but seeing that there isn't much of a product involved has made me raise an eyebrow. In order to make an substantial income with this company, the emphasis is placed on recruiting rather than the selling of products?and well you be the judge.

#1 -I would more than likely never join a company that doesn't actually show its distributors how to market their opportunity. One thing that a lot of network marketing companies are missing is a duplicatable system in place for its distributors. Systems can be duplicated, people cannot (Just ask McDonald's). All of that "you get 3 and help them get their 3 and so forth" is out of the window.

#2 - 95% of companies fail in their first 2 years and their Network Marketing Go Live was started in July of 2009 so personally I wouldn't invest in a company that hasn't shown me some type of stability. However given their low start-up fee of somewhere in the range of $75-$100, you wouldn't be losing too much if the company takes a turn for the worse.

Look if you're a were thinking about joining this company and came across this review, understand that it's not meant to sway you in either direction. Whether youre an old hand looking for some challenging blacks and daring off pistes or a beginner wanting to try it out for the first time, the skiing in Morzine has plenty to offer. Thats because Morzine is at the heart of the extensive Portes du Soleil winter sports area. This 650km stretch of snow-capped mountains encompasses a staggering 12 resorts stretching across two countries, all of which are connected by a network of modern lifts.
While of course you came for the excellent skiing in Morzine, youll be thrilled by everything else this year-round thriving Alpine town has to offer. Because the town supports its own population (as well as the tourist influx), you can expect a really good range of restaurants from small local eateries to elegant fine dining warm, welcoming cafs and a thriving aprs ski scene. For those who love the mountains but dont want to ski there are also a range of other winter sports on offer.

But lets get back to the skiing: heres my introduction to the main areas youll want to explore while youre skiing in Morzine.

Pleney

Take the Pleney cable car from Morzine on a clear day and youll be rewarded with stunning views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Then enjoy the beautiful tree-lined blue and red runs back towards the resort or over to Les Gets.

Nyon

The Nyon cable car will take you to an area which not only has some lovely blues and reds but also connects you to the Pleney and Les Gets runs, making this an ideal area for beginners and intermediates. The more advanced might also like to check out the powder in the freerider area.

Super Morzine

On the opposite side of the resort from the Pleney lift is the Super Morzine telecabine which will sweep you up to the runs of Avoriaz (by way of the Zore and Proclou chairlifts). Avoriaz often has the best snow and makes for a great day on the piste. Dont forget to check out the snow park if thats your thing.

Ardent

Heaven for beginners and early intermediates, the Ardent telecabine takes you to the excellent runs of Lindarets. Spend the day exploring the area before taking the scenic tree-lined blue run back down to the bottom of the Ardent lift where you can enjoy the excellent aprs vibe at the Happy Hours bar.

Prodains

If you want to get up to Avoriaz without having to change lifts then take the shuttle bus to the Prodains cable car. It will speed you up the mountain straight into the centre of the higher resort.

Lindaret

Lindaret , the starting point for the Portes du Soleil circuit, is a wide valley with loads of varied skiing, mountain restaurants and some decent off-piste opportunities. Start here and then head over to Chatel for a bit more of a challenge as the two areas are connected by lifts.

Chatel

This is definitely the place to head for if youre looking for some more challenging off piste skiing. Chatel also has a wide range of different level runs, perfect to explore if youre skiing with a group of varying abilities.

Getting There

The great thing about skiing in Morzine is that it is so accessible. Take an early flight from the UK to Geneva (flying time is around 90 minutes), book an airport transfer to drive you to the resort (another 90 minutes), and you could be on the slopes by the afternoon.

Huck Finn and Scout Finch are two of American literature's most memorable and endearing narrators. One of the reasons they offer such fresh perspectives on the world is that they're still at the age where wiping your hands on the tablecloth is a pardonable offense. In other words, their being only partly "sivilized" not only gives them an outsider's perspective on the community, adulthood, and social convention, but also allows them to critique their findings with a certain level of immunity.

While the two stories have a lot of thematic overlap (i.e. rambunctious preteen narrators grappling with racism and social conditioning), one of the more interesting points of comparison is their portrayals of mob mentality, which is inherently tied up in the larger overall social behavior that Huck and Scout are both actively resisting. In Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, a lynch mob develops in response to the shooting of a good-natured drunk. Gathering makeshift weapons and clotheslines, a faceless, leaderless crowd amasses in the front yard of the shooter, Colonel Sherburn, who then proceeds to do absolutely nothing.

Looking over the crowd, Sherburn laughs, remarking that "a MAN'S safe in the hands of ten thousand of your kindas long as it's daytime and you're not behind him." Sherburn then explains that a mob is a) the "pitifulest" thing on earth, b) only successful if at least one real "man" is present, and c) "BENEATH pitifulness" without any man leading it. With the spell broken, the crowd scatters like cockroaches - Huck included (though he insists he "could a stayed if [he] wanted to").

Rather than appeal to his townspeople's individual humanity, Sherburn uses the fact that they are a crowd against them; by reminding members everyone that their power is borrowed from their numbers, Sherburn makes himself the strongest person present by default. And because the mob lacks so much as one individual figurehead to look to for direction (or use as a psychological scapegoat), everyone becomes aware of their own cowardice (not to mention, culpability) in the matter.

To Kill a Mockingbird offers a very different depiction of mob psychology. Scout Finch's father, Atticus, has a run-in of his own after agreeing to defend a black man in court in 1930's Alabama. Expecting trouble one particular night, Atticus stands guard for his client outside the jailhouse door and is none too surprised when four cars pull up full of angry men. Picking the familiar face of Mr. Cunningham out of the crowd, Scout tries to strike up a friendly conversation in the way that only a seven-year-old can - but because her overtures at friendship are so mind-bogglingly out-of-place, everyone is stunned into silence. Racking her brain for topics, Scout tries to discuss the Mr. Cunningham's legal troubles as well as his son (who was "real nice" about the fact that Scout "beat him up one time") before finally getting him to speak. Though paperwork is most people's least favourite aspect of their job, failing to stay on top of collection notes and delivery receipts is a risk that is not worth taking if you're undertaking courier work. If a client raises a query about a delivery, the driver could be in big trouble if they cannot provide the right documents.
It Could Happen to You

Cast your mind back to a recent job that you carried out. Perhaps you were delivering a set of cartons to a clientlets say six. Now, imagine that later that day you were contacted to find out why you only delivered five of those cartons.

As you did not think to get a proper signature on your delivery ticket, all you can do is state that you did hand over six boxes. Not long after this, you get a formal legal notification which informs you that you are being sued for the worth of the (supposedly) missing carton. Not only is it going to cost you thousands, but a complaint has been made to the police accusing you of theft. Though it sounds unlikely, situations can quickly escalate in courier work, meaning that carelessness over paperwork can end up causing real trouble for you.

Top Tips for Reducing Risk

Here are some simple ways of avoiding the unpleasant situation outlined above.

Dealing with Clients at Drop Off

Every driver who engages in courier work should be alive to the importance of delivery receipts, which can protect you when dealing with a difficult client.

On delivery, make sure that you have all the correct consignor documents describing what is contained in your vehicle. If you dont, then keep a set of delivery notes yourself and fill one out for the consignee. Make sure that your clients sign for their delivery legibly and dont accept printed initials. If the company has a hand-stamp, encourage the consignee to use it. Otherwise, make sure that you write out the consignees name in block capitals below their signature. Finally, never leave a drop-off without a delivery receipt. Promises of receipts in the post are no good. You set yourself up to trouble if you dont see the receipt before you drive away.

Collecting Goods

Though getting hold of an accurate delivery receipt is very important, making sure that you sign for things in a sensible way is equally essential in courier work.

When collecting goods, keep a copy of what you signed for. Try to ensure that you actually see for what you signed before the freight is loaded into your vehicle. If you cant see it, dont sign for it. Dont take responsibility for things that you cant easily verify. For example, dont sign for two cartons containing 20 pairs of shoes unless you are going to open up the boxes and count the shoes for yourself. This kind of wording can easily catch drivers out. If you are collecting objects that are damaged, make a memo on the collection note that they are in bad condition. It is difficult to convince a consignee that the objects were damaged when you picked them up if the consignor has a signature from you that indicates that nothing was wrong with the goods upon collection.

Losing the Connection You Still Love Each Other But No Longer Connect

It can happen gradually, as time passes. You realize, one day, that although there is still love, there is no real connection anymore between you and your partner. Or perhaps you realize it suddenly, and perhaps what you realize even while you acknowledge that there is still love - is not that there is no real connection anymore, but that there never was one.
Do We Connect Because We Are In Love?

Most people look for connection with their partner by the mere virtue of the fact that they are in love. Beyond that, perhaps they have tried to choose a partner from a similar social environment, or someone with similar intellectual and educational requisites. Interests, hobbies, professional and social aims and personal goals in life may be of prime importance, as is the desire to form a family, educate the ensuing children within a particular religion or philosophy, and so on. Evidently a good sexual connection tends to be of high importance with the majority of individuals as well.

What Changes?

The subject here is not whether the couple no longer even likes each other, or one of the two has found a new partner outside of the relationship, or finds the other partner hateful, boring, disgusting, or any number of other equally negative adjectives. Quite the contrary, in the situation I am describing, the partners continue to harbor loving feelings for one another. Sowhat changes? As the years go by, it is possible that hobbies and general interests change in one or the other of the partners, that sexuality wanes, that even goals and aims in life have begun to shift due to any number of events that may have occurred over the years and affected one or both partners in a myriad number of ways.

The children are now no longer dreams in their parents minds, nor are they adorable babies, but may be teenagers, and may appear to no longer be members of the human race (for a time), and may have caused further distances between the parents as they struggle to understand how best to be parents to these difficult people in that in-between stage we call the Sturm and Drang of adolescence.

Basic Attractor Factors

But the loss of the clarity of all or some of these elements is not what I am referring to when I speak of connection. A real connection in a love relationship goes far beyond the basic attractor factors that pull us to other people. These serve to do that initial job of getting us together. The chemistry, the physical attraction, the conversations that show us that this person is on the same page as we are (or not, as the case may be, but perhaps because they are not, we are even more attracted), the desirability of precisely that person within the parameters of our particular world, are some of the mechanisms that help us understand in hindsight the reasons we actually got together with a specific individual.

But these still tell us nothing of the real connection.

What is the Real Connection?

The real connection has to do with our inner self. It has to do with our inner energy and, as David Hawkins, author of Power vs Force would put it, our inner power. In other words, the real connection has to come from a place where that which an individual truly is, on a level that goes way beyond the everyday mundane human things we all do in life, connects him or her to the partners same inner self.

Thats rather a mouthful. What you may be starting to get a glimpse of here, is the fact that this inner self is the part of you that you can only get to know if you decide to get to know yourself. Not necessarily by going into therapy or counseling, but simply by taking that most sacred and necessary journey into yourself, looking at yourself with total honesty, in order to begin to understand not only why you are as you are, but also what you can truly make of yourself in the greater scheme of things. Inner Knowing

Such an inner knowing which unfortunately most people tend not to spend too much time on, due to the fact that in our society such a quest is given a lot less importance than the quest for socio-economic abundance and prestige (also very important, but the inner quest should at least be on the same level as the outer one), brings us into a place where the type of connection we can form with others goes way beyond the connections referred to in the earlier sections of this article.

Such a connection to the self due to the importance an individual places on the inner knowing, or the inner quest, brings about the possibility of attracting people into ones life that are on a similar search.

The Self

But what happens when someone who has not given this much thought, reaches the point described in the first few sentences of this article, and realizes that although there may still be love, there is not, in fact, a real connection with the partner? And believes, furthermore, that because there is no real connection, there is no longer much of anything holding the relationship together, which generally means that sex has also loosened its hold and is no longer very attractive for either of the partners.

If this couple could come to understand that what has been lost (or what never was), is not the change of goals and aims, or the change of interests in life, or the difficulty with the children, but the fact that neither of the two ever developed their own connection to their inner self. Without such a connection, the outer, energetic (which also means sexual, among many other things) connection to the partner can never be as strong, as with it. With such a connection, the spark, that so many people feel was lost after the honeymoon remains strong and continually grows - throughout the lifetime of both partners. Just think what a difference that would make!

How to Get There

So what can you do? First of all, its never too late to start. Any time is a good time, the main thing is, that you start. It is sort of like waking up from a deep sleep. The more you wake up, the more you begin to take in. Secondly, the how to start varies greatly. You might, for example, read some of the articles on my website or blog to give you ideas. Or many other websites. Or you might read some of the recommended books in past newsletters. Or you might follow an intuition you have had, that has nothing to do with any of the above, but simply speaks to you and you know that if you follow it, it might let you see something important more clearly. You can read many of the transpersonal, spiritual, and integral authors available to all of us. Much is even free on the web in the form of e-book downloads. You might decide to first have an all-important talk with your partner in order to explain that you want to venture out on the as yet unexplored path of self-discovery, but you would really like to do so together. And the connection you seek may begin to flourish more quickly than you could imagine.

Solid laundry detergent is commonly sold in paperboard cartons, corrugated fiberboard boxes and plastic tubs as a powder, although compressed tablets are also available. In many parts of the world, laundry detergent is also sold in single-use packets or sachets. This single use allows the consumer to buy the detergent they need for the day rather than having to spend a larger amount upfront. The size of the boxes can vary from small single-use boxes sold from vending machines in laundromats to large economy-size boxes. For domestic use, powder detergent is generally sold by volume in box sizes of around 1 kilogram (2.2 lb) and 3 kilograms (6.6 lb). Our kidneys are bean shaped situated on the loins below the liver on the right side and below the spleen on left side. They are on either side of the backside of abdomen. They are about 2.6 cm in the center, 10 cm in length and 6 cm in width. They act as a filter device in our body and excrete salt and water into the urinary bladder and passed out through urethra.

The major symptoms of kidney stones are pain in the abdomen, ureter, bladder and urethra. Other symptoms include nausea, vomiting, sweating and chills but sometimes they may be formed in kidney or bladder without any symptoms. In this article, you will find some simple dietary guidelines and home remedies that will help in the treatment of kidney stones.

Avoid asparagus, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, meat and onions. The patient should take low calcium and phosphor diet. When stones are with calcium and magnesium, the patient is advised to take tomatoes, turnips, pumpkins, fresh green peas, grapes, papaya and pineapple. Foods to avoid in calcium oxalate stones are almonds beetroots, cabbage, beans, potatoes, soybeans, spinach and radish. Kidney beans are good natural remedy for stones. Low protein diet with plenty of fluid with more than 3-4 liters is useful in treating this condition. Holy basil juice and honey are beneficial in this condition.

Soak 250 grams of horse gram (kulthi) in three liters of water at night. Heat it slowly in the next morning for at least 2-3 hours and when one liter is left, remove from the flame. Now warm 30-50 grams of clarified butter (ghee) and add to it. Also add some black pepper (kaali mirch), black salt, cumin seeds (jeera) and turmeric (haldi) in the ghee. Drink this soup once in the afternoon instead of lunch. At least drink 250 grams. The stone will come out by itself in one or two weeks after being broken into pieces. Drink this soup daily. It has no side effects. If after drinking this soup, you are not able to control your hunger then you can take one wheat bread (chapati).

In a glass vessel, soak 20 grams of horse gram (kulthi) in 250 grams of water at night. In the morning mix it with a plastic spoon, and drink on an empty stomach. Now add the same amount of water in the glass containing horse gram and drink in the afternoon. Then add the same amount of water in that and drink in the evening. After drinking water thrice dipped in the same horse gram, add 20 grams of horse gram seeds for the next day. Drinking this water for two to three months and your kidney stone will dissolve and come out. Ayurveda advocates coffee prepared with five grams of tribulus terrestris (gokshura) with one liter of water boiled to one-fourth liter and given twice a day is good for kidneys.

Some yogasanas are beneficial in stones for relief such as uttanapadasana, pavanamuktasana, bhujangasana, danurasana as they stimulate the kidney. Hot water enema with hot bath at 100 degree F to 110 degree F is also advised. The head must be cooled with the paste made of Indian gooseberry. Hot fomentation is done on the kidney to relieve pain and agony. Regular exercise and plenty of water intakes are helpful in reducing the chances of stone formation.
